The Engineering Leadership minor provides all students in all majors with the background and practice to become our future leaders.
Students have the opportunity to:
- Learn from and interact with industry leaders and experts
- Apply knowledge to solve real-world problems in industry projects
- Acquire skills that employers truly value
Classroom topics will include leadership techniques, effective decision-making, ethics, and more. Additionally, business and industry leaders will provide perspective and experiences needed to become a successful leader. Students will apply what they have learned through work on actual problems of companies/organizations through real-world business and industry interaction.
