The technical minor in biotechnology covers topics such as biochemical processes, genetic engineering, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, metabolic engineering, and associated areas.
Lehigh alumni who minored in biotechnology work in a wide variety of careers including management, marketing, and of course, laboratory science.
The minor requires a minimum of 16 credits. A detailed listing of the required courses for the Biotechnology Minor can be obtained from the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department.
