ENERGY RESEARCH CENTER (ERC)

The ERC is a multidisciplinary research group involving professional staff, faculty, and students.The faculty and staff of the Center participate in many aspects of energy research, with major emphasis on research dealing with energy conversion, power generation and environmental control.

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVE (EI)

The Environmental Initiative supports a variety of research projects across all four colleges of Lehigh University. Centered around the Earth and Environmental Sciences and Civil and Environmental Engineering departments, EI-affiliated faculty, students and staff conduct research in areas as varied as communications, earth science, economics, policy, and geoenvironmental engineering.

 

INTEGRATED NETWORKS FOR ELECTRICITY (INE)

The Lehigh University research cluster in Integrated Networks for Electricity is a multidisciplinary team of engineers, mathematicians, and economists that will play a central role in developing tomorrow's advanced electricity systems.

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENVIRONMENT, POLICY AND SOCIETY (STEPS)

STEPS is a "green" facility and programmatic initiative for science, technology, environment, policy, and society at Lehigh University. The initiative creates opportunities for interdisciplinary, collaborative programs for undergraduates, faculty and graduate researchers that foster teaching and research to solve challenges around health, energy, quality of life, and more.
