CORE CURRICULUM (18 CREDITS)

All students complete a 18-credit core sequence that provides a foundation of knowledge for success in the energy and power industries and identifies challenges facing the U.S. utility infrastructure, its operations, and the mitigation of its environmental impact.

TECHNICAL ELECTIVES (6 CREDITS)

Students acquire a level of specialized knowledge and experience through the completion of two technical elective courses, selected from a large pool of designated courses. Electives should reflect the student's career interest.

INDUSTRY PROJECTS (6 CREDITS)

These projects, a requirement of the program, give students a chance for hands-on, real-world problem solving and on an opportunity to connect with the program's industry sponsors.
