Overview
Students who are admitted to the Master of Science Program in Mechanical Engineering have developed quantitative skills that allow them to take a number of ISE management courses. These courses, which are in the rapidly developing area of business analytics, provide the engineering student with access to business-related capabilities beyond those in a typical MBA program.
CONCENTRATION IN MANAGEMENT SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING
For the Management Science and Engineering (ISE) Certificate, each student is required to complete 12 credit hours, that is, four courses (see below). These courses are selected from a list provided by the ISE Department; at least nine credits must be ISE courses.

2ISE 230 is occasionally offered during the summer. During enrollment, priority for 200-level courses is given to ISE undergraduates.
