Empowering Tomorrow's Innovators
Lehigh University’s Computer Science and Engineering department thrives on innovation, curiosity, and a passion for discovery. Your support helps us continue to shape the next generation of leaders and changemakers in technology and engineering.
Lehigh Students at Conferences
Lehigh students regularly showcase their talent at prestigious conferences nationwide. When conference organizers cannot provide funding, the CSE department steps in to support students through grants. These opportunities not only help students present their research and projects but also allow them to network with industry leaders and peers, gaining invaluable experience and exposure.
Lehigh Hosted Hackathons and Events
From hackathons to career development events, our department fosters an environment of hands-on learning, collaboration, and innovation. Students participate in intense, problem-solving hackathons that challenge them to develop practical solutions within a limited timeframe. These events encourage teamwork and creativity while providing a platform to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Alumni Experience and Support
The impact of external funding extends far beyond the classroom, creating ripple effects that enhance alumni engagement and support. Lehigh University is known to a strong alumni network, and such efforts have been made to host more meaningful alumni events, from networking receptions to mentorship programs, fostering a stronger sense of community. This support underscores the importance of collective contributions in strengthening the ties between past, present, and future generations of students.
