Brenda Harvey is an IBM senior executive who has worked with global enterprises and government agencies to strategically increase their corporate value, to identify and manage risks, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on topics of digital technology and cross functional business transformation. She has led $4B-$9B P&Ls, solutions, services, industries, and IBM Asia Pacific geo having lived in Shanghai and Singapore. She currently lives in New York City.

Brenda has had significant global experiences leading multiple IBM services and technology businesses. She is currently leading IBM Industrial software and technology strategy. She has been the General Manager for IBM Public Sector, Federal, and Financial Services Markets. As Chairman and CEO of IBM Asia Pacific, living in Singapore, she led the IBM business to growth and profitability through the pandemic. As General Manager, Integrated Technology Services, Growth Markets, living in Shanghai, China, Brenda was responsible for the sales and delivery of infrastructure services to over 120 countries across Asia, Americas, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She leads with authenticity, collaboration, energy, and integrity and seeks to team, learn and develop relationships in her network.

She is an Independent Non-Executive Outside Director of Nissan Motor Corporation and a member of the Nissan Audit Committee. She is a board member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and was a Corporate Advisor on early stage investments at Plum Alley. As a recognized leader, she is actively engaged as a member of Singapore Women in Tech, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB).
