B.S. in Civil Engineering, Lehigh University
Mark had great interest in construction as a youngster which led to his entering a  
technical high school (Baltimore Polytechnic Institute) and earning his B.S. degree in 
Civil Engineering at Lehigh University. He also earned a Master of Engineering in 
Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. 
 
Mark and his family moved to the Denver area in 1995 and still resides there. He  
retired from CH2M HILL in 2014 and continues to remain active as the Executive  
Director of the Water Collaborative Delivery Association and President of Integrated  
Delivery Solutions advising owners on major infrastructure projects in the United States and Canada.

Mark was the Founding President of the Water Collaborative Delivery Association starting in 2005. Currently, Mark  serves as the Executive Director of the Water Collaborative Delivery Association.

Recognition and Awards 
In 2009, Mark received the Brunelleschi Lifetime Achievement Award from the Design Build Institute of America and was named as Fellow of the organization in 2020. He also received an Outstanding Engineering Alumni award from Penn State in 2017, and outstanding Civil Engineering Alumni award from Penn State in 2018.
