Professor Manoj Chaudhury, the Franklin Howes Distinguished Professor in the department has been appointed to the editorial board of the journal Langmuir as a Senior Editor.
Langmuir is a leading peer-reviewed scientific journal that was established in 1985 and is published by the American Chemical Society. It covers research in the areas of surface and colloid chemistry. The title of the journal honors Irving Langmuir, winner of the 1932 Nobel Prize for Chemistry. In his capacity as a member of the editorial board of the journal, Professor Chaudhury will be involved in assessing the suitability of articles that are being considered for publication in the journal.
