Dear school/district personnel:

Thank you for your support in recruiting students and coordinating their applications to the 2025 Summer Engineering Institute.

To make sure your student(s) enjoy a smooth transition into the program, we are asking for your help (1) distributing the SEI Student Handbook, and (2) collecting necessary information, as follows:

1) SEI Student Handbook

Please ensure that each student and their family receives AND reviews the SEI Student Handbook. (If printing is an issue, it is perfectly acceptable to copy and send the link itself.)

2.) Forms for SEI Participation

Please ensure that each student has the opportunity to download, print, complete, scan, and upload these forms, according to deadlines set for each:

UPLOAD BY 4:00 PM, APRIL 11, 2025:
-- SEI Student Participation Form
-- Lehigh University Waiver/Release Form - On Campus

UPLOAD BY 4:00 PM, APRIL 25, 2025:
-- Updated Physical/Health Screener

-- Along with this file upload, please also provide a recent portrait photo of the student. This should be an 'above-the-shoulders' picture, as per a typical yearbook photo. File format of .jpg is preferred, however, we can work with any typical graphical format (.tiff, .gif, .bmp, etc.)  We will also need a copy of the student's birth certificate, which can also be sent in the same format.  

HOW TO UPLOAD FILES:

To ensure data security, please upload all completed forms using Lehigh's Filesender, as follows:

  1. Visit https://filesender.lehigh.edu
  2. Select drop off
  3. Type your name and your email
  4. Hit "send confirmation"
  5. Open your email and select link at the bottom of the email
  6. Select the "plus" sign in the "To" box
  7. Type "SEI" in Name Box
  8. Type sei@lehigh.edu in email box
  9. Select "Add recipient"
  10. Select "Choose File" and select the file to upload (you can upload as many as you want)
  11. Select "Drop off Files"

When uploading your files, you will see an error message asking you if you want to leave the page. Click on "yes, leave the page" and your files will be uploaded.
