Lehigh electrical and computer engineering alumnus Martin Droney '91, '94 M.S. was named as Chief Operations and Technology Officer of Bank Leumi. Is his new role, Droney will be tasked with managing Leumi's tech operations in New York City, including a team of over 100 employees and contractors.
 
Prior to joining Leumi, Droney spent seven years with New Jersey-based Fiserv, serving most recently as Chief Information Officer in the information technology company's Card Services division.
 
Before Fiserv, Droney worked fox six years at GES Exposition Services as Director of the company's IT Project Management group.
 
"[Droney's] extensive knowledge of financial services technology products," explained Bank Leumi USA President and CEO Avner Mendelson, "and the expertise he gained at one of the largest vendors of products to the industry, will be great assets as he manages Leumi’s expanding technology infrastructure."
 
Droney earned both his B.S. in electrical engineering and M.S. in Management of Technology from the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh.
 
Droney was also a member of the Lehigh Men's Lacrosse Team, including team captain as a senior in 1991.
