Aida Khajavirad is an assistant professor with Lehigh University's department of Industrial Systems and Engineering.
Khajavirad's research has covered the advancement the state-of-the-art in Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Optimization (MINLP) at theoretical, algorithmic, and software levels. To this end, her research has built upon and combined ideas from convex analysis and optimization, integer programming and combinatorial optimization, and constraint programming. Aida's, interests are in designing and implementing efficient optimization algorithms for important applications at the interfaces among operations research, computer science, engineering, and economics.
