Elroy Sturdivant is a Professor of Practice with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University. Elroy joined Lehigh in August 2023. He is retired from Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where he worked in the Information Technology department for over 30 years.

Elroy has a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) degree from Drexel University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DeSales University. He is currently enrolled at Drexel University where he is a candidate for an Educational Leadership and Management EdD with a concentration in "Mind, Brain & Learning". 

Elroy's research area is STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education, with a focus on finding ways to increase the participation of underrepresented groups in STEM.
