Lehigh University's P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science has again been recognized as one of the top undergraduate engineering schools in the nation. In its September 9, 2016 Guide to America's Best Colleges, U.S. News & World Report has ranked Lehigh 41st among institutions across the United States that offer undergraduate majors as well as master's and doctoral degrees in engineering.
The engineering college's ranking moves the school up four over last year's U.S. News listing, and creates a seven-way tie with Arizona State, Brown, Case Western, Colorado School of Mines, Notre Dame, and Washington U. of St. Louis.
The U.S. News overall ranking takes into account a number of factors that include graduation and retention rates, class size, SAT scores, selectivity, academic reputation and alumni giving.
