Industrial engineering alum has deep experience in managing IT, operational risk, and business transformation for financial service organizations

Industrial engineering alum Kim Bozzella '89 has joined global consulting firm Protiviti as a managing director and leader of technology consulting for the financial services industry. Based in the firm's New York City office, Bozzella also leads the firm's Technology Strategy and Operations practice. She brings more than 25 years of deep financial services sector experience, including managing large global organizations and implementing multi-phased programs across IT management, operational risk management, business transformation and organizational design.

Prior to joining Protiviti, Bozzella served as global head of technology risk management and head of technology in the Americas at UBS. Her previous roles at UBS included serving as CIO of Corporate Technology, COO of UBS Group Technology and global head of IT Security and Strategic Programs. Earlier in her career, Bozzella was a partner in the financial services practice of Accenture.
