Industrial engineering alum Holly Kortright ’89 has been named chief human resources officer of Navy Federal Credit Union, according to a press release

Navy Federal is the world’s largest credit union and is open to the Department of Defense and Coast Guard Active Duty, veterans, civilian and contractor personnel, and their families. 

Kortright most recently served as senior vice president of people and chief human resources officer at software company Ellucian. Other previous roles include senior vice president of human resources at Deltek and vice president of human resources at Capital One. She holds a master's degree in human resources management from Indiana University in addition to her Lehigh undergraduate degree.

In her new role, Kortright will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, performance management, training and development, and benefits and compensation.
