Lehigh’s third annual student-led hackathon, Lehigh Hacks for Justice, will take place March 1-2, bringing together students to develop technical solutions addressing social justice challenges. Organized by five campus clubs—Women in Computer Science (WiCS), Lehigh ACM, Computer Science and Business Association (CSBA), Lehigh Blockchain Club (LBC), and the Lehigh Cyber Security Club (LCSC)—the 24-hour event fosters collaboration, creativity, and hands-on learning.
Participants will receive $75 in Google Cloud credits to support their projects, which will be evaluated by Lehigh CSE faculty and alumni judges. Unlike traditional competitions, winners will be recognized in superlative-style categories so students of all levels of technical experience will have an opportunity to be recognized.
The event includes meals, transportation to and from Building C on Saturday and Sunday, and a showcase where teams can share their innovations.
