Local media highlighted the Defend the Republic Drone Competition, held Nov. 17 in Building C on Lehigh’s Mountaintop Campus. Robotics teams from Lehigh's SwarmsLab, led by computer science and engineering faculty member David Saldaña, and eight other universities took part in the event. Winning teams were George Mason University, the University of Florida, and Baylor University.
