Computer engineering alum Patricia Steadman ’88 has been added to the board of directors of nanotechnology company Sixth Wave, according to a press release.

Steadman, an early pioneer in the Internet messaging and domain fields and a successful CEO within multiple technology industries, is an expert in capital markets and information technology and systems. She also “has decades experience as a serial entrepreneur bringing large scale, innovative, and transformative platform technologies to new markets.”

In this role, Steadman will continue to contribute to Sixth Wave’s efforts bringing green ESG solutions to gold and battery metal opportunities in the US and Canada and assist the company’s executive team with their development goals, according to the release.
