Chuck Coxhead is a 1988 graduate of Lehigh University, holding a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a manufacturing executive with 30 years experience in Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and General Management. He is well versed in the challenges facing small businesses, especially manufacturers working in commercial and Department of Defense markets.
 
Over the course of his career, Chuck’s career has focused on process and organizational improvement and growth from the manufacturing operation, to ERP and automation implementation, inventory planning, project management, and supply chain improvements. With Lucent Technologies, he played an instrumental role in commercializing world changing optoelectronics technology powering fiber-optic backbones for worldwide data and voice communications. During his time with Koaxis, Chuck led the creation of a business turn-around with a paradigm-shifting delivery model using eCommerce and “Ready 48” (2 day) lead-time for custom RF-Microwave products.
 
Throughout his career, Chuck has had a passion for volunteer work. From his early responsibilities as the Lehigh campus Chair for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, his work has continued with a focus on teaching martial arts to all ages, annual charitable campaigns with a focus on fighting hunger, and public service as Judge of Elections and Chair of the Zoning Hearing Board for his municipality.
