Karen LaRochelle is the Chief Business Officer, PsiOxus Therapeutics. Karen is a collaboration consultant for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the US and China. She provides Business Development services to clients interested in in-licensing, strategic collaborations, M&A and out-licensing. Services include partnering strategy, search and evaluation, term sheet development, agreement negotiation and alliance management services for short term advisory assignments or as a long-term, ancillary business development staff. Prior to LaRochelle Advisors, LLC, Karen was the Executive Director of the Strategic Transactions Group for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Co. She worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb, Co. for twenty years. Karen previously served on the ISE Advisory Council from 2008 to 2011.
