CivE/ISE alum honored by Los Angeles Business Journal

Civil engineering and industrial and systems engineering alum Megan Calhoun ’00 ’01G has been recognized as an “Outstanding Woman in Construction Management and Design” for 2020 by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Calhoun is a vice president of project development at Clark Construction, where her career has spanned more than 15 years. Calhoun has worked on projects such as Caltrans District 7 Headquarters, LAX Tom Bradley International Terminal Renovations, LAX Central Utility Plant, LAX Delta Enabling Project, and the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse. She is currently leading the project development efforts for the new state-of-the-art Cedars-Marina Del Rey Hospital that will replace the existing 60-year-old facility.

Calhoun earned both her civil engineering degree and master’s degree in management science from Lehigh.
