Former Dell CTO to lead Flex expansion in designing and deploying innovative cloud solutions
Kevin Kettler ’84 joined Flex as the chief technology officer and senior vice president of its Cloud Business Unit, part of the company’s Communications and Enterprise Compute (CEC) business group.
Kettler earned his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and his master's and doctorate in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Flex provides design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight and logistics services to companies.
“The team and I are thrilled to have an industry veteran of Kevin’s caliber join us to help lead, grow and accelerate the ongoing development of innovative cloud solutions at Flex,” Caroline Dowling, CEC president, said in a press release.
Kettler has over 25 years of industry experience at companies including IBM, Dell, ME Television and Qualcomm. Additionally, Kettler was an adjunct professor of electrical engineering at the University of Texas and is a member of the engineering advisory councils at both University of Texas and Carnegie Mellon.
