Civil engineering alum Michael Borzok ’94 has been named Western Region Operations Manager - Bridge at engineering and consulting firm Michael Baker International, according to a press release.
Borzok has nearly 30 years of experience in complex bridge design, including long-span suspension and cable-stay bridges, and rehabilitation projects, serving in roles including engineer, lead engineer and project manager. He was previously a senior vice president and structural engineer at WSP USA. Earlier in his career, he spent 20 years at Modjeski and Masters, where he rose to the level of senior project manager.
In addition to his Lehigh bachelor’s degree, Borzok also holds a master’s degree in engineering science from Pennsylvania State University.
