Biopharmaceutical Engineering Track
Chemistry- and biology-heavy sequence leading into pharmaceutical process courses (BIOE 341/343) alongside the core bioengineering math and lab sequence.

Biomechanics & Biomaterials Track
Adds mechanics (MECH 03) and materials-focused bioengineering courses (BIOE 311, 357, 257) on top of the shared core math, chemistry, and physics sequence.

Biocomputational Engineering Track
Layers computer science (CSE 07/17) and computational biology courses (BIOC/BIOS series) onto the shared core sequence; several electives alternate semesters year to year.
