Hanemann ’86 named president of PSE&G

Mechanical engineering alum Kim Hanemann ’86 has been named president of Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G), New Jersey’s largest electric and gas utility, effective June 30, 2021, according to a Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) news release.

Eddings ’15 shares career journey as computer engineer, entrepreneur

Computer science and engineering alum Cody Eddings ’15 discusses his career path—from Rossin College graduate to CEO/co-founder of a start-up and Android engineer at a large ecommerce company—in a “How I Got Here” feature by Technical.ly. 

Eddings credits his major program at Lehigh with giving him the opportunity to learn how to code, as well as teaching aspects of computer science and hardware and serving as a good introduction to the basics of software. 

Yuraszeck ’03 takes director role with Applied Biomath

Chemical engineering alum Theresa Yuraszeck ’03 has joined Applied Biomath as director of pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology, according to a press release.

The company applies systems pharmacology and mechanistic modeling, simulation, and analysis to de-risk drug research and development. 

Yarnold ’03 ’05G receives steel association honors

Civil engineering alum Matthew Yarnold ’03 ’05G, an assistant professor in the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University, has received two awards that reflect his valuable contributions to steel construction research.
