Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science is offering a $4500 scholarship off the full tuition cost of MS and M.Eng. programs that start during the Summer of 2021. The 21st annual Modeling and Optimization: Theory and Applications (MOPTA 2021) conference will be held at Lehigh University, August 2-4, 2021.

Jerzy A. Owczarek, 94, professor emeritus of mechanical engineering and mechanics, passed away January 11, 2021, after a battle with Parkinson’s disease. He had recently celebrated 61 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Elisa Mercedes (Basoli) Owczarek, who survives him.
