Civil engineering major scores a collaborative win at PCI Project Precast Design Competition

A dual-university student team including Lehigh civil engineering major Yushun Zou ’24 (pictured above, far right) won the Project Precast Design Competition held in Denver during the 2024 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Convention in February.

Thirty-two students were chosen from across the U.S. to participate in the event, which is organized by the PCI Foundation and sponsored by PCI member organizations.

Sam was recognized for his hard work and leadership in the Bioengineering department and beyond at the Spring 2024 Graduate Student Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, April 17th. This event was hosted by Lehigh's Graduate Life Office (GLO) and recognized many graduate students accross the institution for their hard work and accomplishments. Sam's award was presented by Amin Hosseiny Marani, Graduate Life Leadership Award 2023 recipient.
