Dr. Guo earned her doctorate and master’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Rochester in 2011 and 2015, respectively, and her bachelor’s in computer science and engineering from Beihang University. Dr. Guo’s research interests are in the broad area of computer architecture, with an emphasis on leveraging emerging technologies to build energy-efficient microprocessors and memory systems. She received the IBM Ph.D. Fellowship twice and is a recipient of the National Science Foundation CAREER Award and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory Computing Sciences Research Pathways Fellowship. Dr. Guo has published her work in Proceedings of the International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA), the Proceedings of the International Symposium on Microarchitecture (MICRO), the IEEE Transactions on Computers (TC), and the IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems (TVLSI).
